Get To Know Me

Raised in Markdale, ON, James has always had a strong connection with Grey County and has continually found his way back home. After stints in both Toronto and Ottawa, James is excited to be returning to his roots and to be joining the team at CONNECT.

In 2014, James completed his undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University in Kinesiology before going on to obtain his Massage Therapy Diploma at Algonquin College in Ottawa in 2016.  James has always had a strong passion for athletics. He has participated in hockey, fast-pitch softball, golf and various other recreational sports throughout his life.

The world of health and fitness has become diluted with information that is hard to decode. This can make finding the right program suited for an individual a daunting task. James looks to simplify the information for his patients and help them improve their health, well-being or performance. He enjoys working with people who actively want to enhance their overall health and looks to reCONNECT people to their most basic human elements with emphasis on movement and strategic sensory-based therapy.

WHAT JAMES'

CLIENTS

Are Saying

“I booked a massage appointment with James. I was struggling with extreme pain in my shoulder, neck, jaw, and back.

James is amazing, he was kind and professional and by the end of the appointment, I had a lot of relief from the pain. Even hours later, the pain has eased so much I feel like a different person. Highly recommend!!”
