We've created our classes based on our passions and the needs of our community to offer you a stepping stone into active life after physiotherapy and chiropractic care are done, or as a way to keep you active while you're getting better.

Our Weekly Drop-In Classes
Pre-register for weekly classes through our Jane booking site or by calling the clinic. 10-, 20- and 50- packs of classes are available to be used for these classes.

Join us for a 45-minute sweat session designed to get your legs moving and your heart pumping!

Cycle classes are the perfect compliment to your training, and an incredible way to finish off your Monday.

We all know strength training is important, so we created #STRONGmom for moms on the go. Get in at 6am, work hard, have fun, and get back home before your kids are out of bed.

Find Your Strength In Perimenopause
Resistance training during perimenopause can help reduce symptoms, prevent bone and muscle loss, and set you up for success during your menopause transition.

Specialty Series
Specialty series are 6 week series that require pre-registration, and/or they are classes designed for specific populations that will benefit from them. Some classes in this section are eligible to be covered under extended health benefits in select cases.
Barbells4Bones
Bone and muscle loss are the leading cause of long-term care admission, and they are draining women's quality of life long before then. Building muscle in menopause can reduce pain, increase function in daily tasks, and enable you to participate in all of the activities you love.

#NewMomStrong
#NewMomStrong is our introductory postpartum mom-and-baby exercise class. A 6-week series that is designed to reintroduce breathing and core, and progress towards working out.
​
In #NewMomStrong2.0, we expand on NMS to include more weights, more impact, and fasted paced exercises to get you back to doing the things you love.
​
Building strength as we transition to motherhood is one of the most important gifts we can give our future selves, our #NewMomStrong program brings women together to do just that.

Barbell Power Hour
Barbell Power Hour is a 60-minute strength series designed to help you improve your max strength in the press, squat and deadlift. Based around traditional powerlifting, this class will help you build strength and confidence in your lifts.

This series runs in 6-week intervals, twice/week. Please contact us to join.
