You will only work with the therapist you chose for 100% of your appointment, never with an aide or assistant, because we believe in providing exclusively 1:1 care so that we can solve problems together instead of waiting for your next session.

We believe that your time is better spent learning about your injury, receiving hands-on treatment, and working actively on the exercises that are actually going to make you better. We're not going to hook you up to a machine and leave you alone in a room.

Every assessment will take place in a private treatment room so that you can feel comfortable discussing your concerns alone with your therapist. When we do exercises, we have an open gym space and access to smaller private spaces if you desire.

We don't expect you to remember everything we tell you, we know healthcare appointments can feel stressful and overwhelming, which is why we will always send you a personalized summary of your appointment including things we've discussed, what our plan is, and what your exercises are.

We treat with your long-term goals and health in mind, never to just get you out of pain and out the door. We understand that getting out of pain is a piece of the puzzle, but the real magic happens when we start looking at your movement future.​

We don't believe in cookie-cutter approaches, every treatment plan is tailored to you. There's no locking you into a lengthy treatment plan that you don't need, there's no random set of exercises that you have to do three times every single day. There's only your goals, and the plan we will use together to get you there.

We will always advocate for you with your healthcare team. Whether that means writing to your family doctor, your specialist, your work, or referring you to someone who needs to be involved in your care, we will never stop sticking up for you so that you get the care you need.

If we're not the best people for the job, we will make sure you're referred to the person who is. We have an amazing team with a wealth of talent in many different areas, but that doesn't mean we can solve every problem. We'll never keep treating you when we know you'd be better off seeing someone else, we'll refer you to the person who is to make sure you get exactly the care you need.
